"This course couldn’t have come at a better time because life has been so hard juggling everything and I really needed this… not just for my kids, but for me to get the support I need. I’m extremely impressed with this course. I’ve only watched the first modules and I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s such a valuable resource. It’s so well done, professional and organized. I love the content! I’m excited about all of the resources and I’m excited to watch the rest!”
Traditional parenting methods often don't work with ADHD. Well-meaning advice from friends, family, teachers, religious leaders, therapists and even medical professionals can make things worse if the advice-giver doesn't truly understand ADHD.
It’s not just about changing your child – it’s about changing the family system. You can invest thousands into your child’s support, but without transforming your own approach, your home may stay stressful.
Every child is unique. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. ADHD looks different in every child. Building a toolkit with diverse, effective strategies is the best way to find what works for your family.
Children and teens with ADHD can succeed in a supportive environment. Focusing on connection, calm, strengths, and skill-building at home and school can be life-changing – even if just one parent leads the way.
“This is an amazing course and the resources and pdfs were really well done and so helpful…we were struggling with massive exploitations from my son.
Jessel helped us to understand what was really going on, create a common vocabulary, identify triggers, and create tactical plans. Our life has improved a thousand times over.
Highly recommend!!”
“This course was incredibly helpful for me, especially hearing about the descriptions of the ADHD brain. It was really such a good reminder, because I often forget how different my kids' internal mental landscapes are from my own!
The module about all of the strategies for coping with dysregulated emotions was great for me - it really addressed how important it is for parents to self regulate as the adults in the room, be as loving as possible, while offering all of the support and structure the kids need.”
“I really appreciated this concise and comprehensive parent course. I've read books and had other information sessions before, but this was great for me and my husband as we were encountering some new ADHD symptoms in our teen daughter.
It helped us to stay anchored ourselves as we parent through choppy waters. It's an extremely valuable resource for those new to ADHD parenting as well as to those who have been navigating this terrain for a while.”

"This course was all so helpful! I thought it was very thorough... and I’m so glad it was broken into small segments. All the many resources are so very practical and I’m looking forward to implementing all that I’ve learned to set up my daughter to succeed.”
I’m a mom of 3 amazing teenagers with ADHD (yes, that’s us in the picture - though we haven't always been smiling!). I'm a Board Certified ADHD/EF Coach with a Master's in Counseling. The ironic thing is that I used to think ADHD wasn't even a real thing!
I barely made it through years of overwhelm as my kids were diagnosed separately over eight years. This journey led me to build a life-changing ADHD toolkit, transforming how I parented them and eventually, I founded Life Anchored Coaching, an ADHD/EF Coaching practice where my amazing team supports students, parents and adults with these same strategies and tools.
I'm proud to say that my kids are not just surviving, but thriving (most days!). One is at the University of Virginia, one is applying for colleges, and one is tackling high school with confidence.
What I've learned over the years is that a supportive environment is crucial for families with ADHD, and there’s no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Also, not everyone can access 1:1 coaching, so I created this program to share effective strategies and tools that empower families like yours. If you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, my hope is that you gain life changing strategies to transform your home. If you are a professional working with kids with ADHD, I trust that you will exponentially enhance your professional toolkit.
Parents, I wholeheartedly believe you can chart a course of success for your family- and I would be honored to show you how. You don’t have to continue to live in overwhelm, isolation and defeat. I’ll be with you, guiding you every step of the way. I hope to see you on the inside!
Warmly,
Board Certified ADHD/Executive Function Coach

"I absolutely LOVED LOVED this course! It was very easy to follow and learn from. I loved all the resources and PDFs in the toolkit as well. Thank you Jessel!”
You are a supportive parent looking for practical solutions to set up your child or teen for success.
You are overwhelmed because your child has a new ADHD diagnosis OR you are overwhelmed because it’s been a while and you still feel like you are drowning - and you are willing to invest to get much needed REST (resources, education, strategies and tools).
You have read books and heard free webinars, but you haven’t had practical instructions and tools to help you apply what you are learning - but you are ready to learn and apply the strategies now.
You have conflict and stress in your home but you want peace. You are willing to change how you parent and are open to new ideas for transformative parenting.
You are a professional working with kids or families with ADHD and would like to enhance your toolkit.
You don’t like taking instructions from others and you prefer to figure things out on your own.
You are rigid in your methods of parenting and are not open to other ideas (by the way, children with ADHD don’t often respond to traditional parenting and rigid parenting often makes things worse).
You would rather hire an ADHD coach or therapist to help your child directly or to help you directly, and you have the means to do so. (Don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you’re looking for a coach; we have a great team of coaches!)
You are hoping that this can be a substitute for therapy. If you are seeking help for anxiety, depression or any significant mental health challenge for your child or teen, please contact a licensed medical or mental health practitioner. This program is not a substitute for therapy.

You are willing to do the work, as a parent, for you and your child to experience less stress and more success.
You are willing to change how you parent and be open to new ideas for transformative parenting.
You don’t like taking instructions from others and you prefer to figure things out on your own.
You are rigid in your methods of parenting, you are not open to other ideas and you don't want to change (by the way, children with ADHD don’t often respond to traditional parenting and rigid parenting often makes things worse).
You can't stand to learn virtually, you would rather hire an in-person ADHD coach or therapist to help your child or yourself directly and you have the means to do so.
It’s designed for 8 - 17 year olds. A note on older teenagers - some teens who are teachable and cooperative will benefit from your coaching them on these strategies. For those teens that are resistant to you, it will still be helpful, as a parent, to understand your teen’s behaviors, and learn strategies for yourself for self-regulation, communication, maximizing strengths and building connections with your teen. You may not be able to change your teen, but you can change yourself!
The strategies and information you're receiving here is equivalent to the content covered in approximately 6 months of ADHD coaching. In our coaching practice, this can range from approximately $3000 to $4500 for 6 months of coaching sessions. The value of the toolkit (pdfs, templates, recommended resources) is much more than $500 if you consider the actual information you'll receive as well as the time, energy and expenses you'll save from researching yourself and 'shooting in the dark'. And the value of a changed life can’t be quantified! We have had clients tell us that you can’t put a price tag on a changed life and that learning these strategies may have prevented years in therapy or treatment programs (thousands of dollars!) and that the value is way more than $3500 (since there were future costs avoided) and transformed lives attained.
It is designed for busy parents to watch 10 minutes a day. If you do 10 minutes a day, you could complete viewing the program in 12-14 weeks. (Implementation, though, will be based on your needs and every family is different). You could see immediate results within weeks to a month if you implement Module 4 Emotional Control strategies consistently! Implementation of strategies cannot be done overnight. Focusing on your pressing challenges, and implementing a plan for those challenges before you move onto the next one will be helpful. Learning is one thing, but applying what you learn will take time. Also, we never “arrive” in parenting; developmentally, your child will change, so having the benefit of lifetime access will allow you to come back, watch lessons again, and apply the strategies for the appropriate age of your child/teen in various stages of their development.
You have lifetime access.
You can watch this on any device you own allowing you to watch it, anytime, anywhere.
If your child is showing symptoms of ADHD or weak executive functioning, the course will still be beneficial to you.
The good news is that research shows it takes one parent to make a difference in the outcome of a child. Ideally it would be best if your spouse, partner or co-parent also participated in watching the program but if only one of you implemented the strategies, there can still be significant improvements in your home, in your child and in you, as a parent.
Yes, we have started a private FB community that is exclusive only to those affiliated with Life Anchored Coaching. You can share your wins, struggles, ask for advice and gain support from other parents in this community. This is a huge benefit to be around a community of parents, who actually get you. Our team will also be available to answer questions and give you support.
